Failed to load resource DLL - HELP!!!!!!

Whenever I try to get into "My Computer" this error pops
up and I end up having to reboot:

Failed to load resource DLL

I'm also getting this error when trying to get into most
things but I can right click on the error in the bottom
bar and close it and go on. Is there something missing on
my XP system?

I have been getting the same error for a long time. Have you fixed yours yet? What did you do
