Exporting from outlook

I recenttly purchased Remax 2000, a contact managment
program specially developed for real estate agents, and I
need to export my contacts from Outlook to Remax 2000. I
have tried this by doing the following:

chose file on outlook
click on import and export under file
in the import and export wizard I chose "Export to a file"
and click next
Then click on "Comma Separated Values(Windows) and click
next
a Microsoft Outlook window appears telling me: "Microsoft
outlook cannot start the Import/Export engine. This
feature is not currently installed. Would you like to
install it now? I click "yes"
A Microsoft Office 2000 Professional appears and it
says: "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD_ROM or
other removable disk that is not available. Insert the
Microsoft Office 2000 Professional disk and click OK.
I insert the disk and click OK.
A new Microsoft Office 2000 Professional appears and it
says: " The file Microsoft Office 2000 Professional is not
a valid installation for the product Microsoft Office 200
Professional. Try to find the installation
package "data1.msi" in a folder from which you can install
Microsoft Office 2000 Professional"
I found the "data1.msi" using search feature in the
Explore under My Computer" but would not allow me to
download it.

Does anybody know how to download the "data1.msi" file
from the net? I would really appreciate any help.

Do you have a licensed version of Office 2000?

what does this have to do with Active Directory? not quite sure. some one
can help me out here. I am pretty sure not jack and not crap to do with it.
With that said i would probally post this question in a office newsgroup.
But lets take a stab at this one. Put in the office CD that you installed
office with. Point the installer to the data1.msi file in the root
directory on the CD. This should install the engine. For future
information when you install office choose custom and click install all to
my hard drive. this will install everything you will need in office. If
that still does not work you either have two options. uninstall office and
reinstall it with the CD you have include all messages in an email and sent
it to yourself and recieve it in outlook express and then add them all to
your contacts in there and then export them to a file. Then import into
your other program.
