Exporting Access Tables to AS400

I am attempting to export an Access table to AS400 and cannot seem to get the
AS400 to import the data. I have tried every conceivable file type from Excel
to text and cannot seem to get it right. Am I missing a step or a piece of
software to make this possible? Please shed some light on this process for
me.

I am not sure if this is the best solution or not, but in the companies I have worked for, I have used Rumba FTP to load text files to the AS400 server. To then load the data into AS400 it has required interfaces designed within the AS400 package or batch cards.

What is the package you are trying to load the data into? This may help someone, probably with greater knowledge than me to help you complete the job.
