Exporting a Production AD and importing it into a TEST AD

I am trying to find out how to export everything in my 2000 AD and import it
into our Test 2000 AD environment. I've attempted to use the ADMT tool, but
that fails. I've been searching the Technet site, but haven't been able to
find what I need.

When trying to use ADMT v3 from our 2003 DC (running a 2000 AD) I get "The
server is not operational. (error code=8250, domain=TESTMOV)". When running
ADMT v2 from one of our 2000 DC's, I get "The ADSI data type cannot be
converted to or from a native directory service data type. (error
code-8000500c, domain=TESTMOV)"

Is there an easy way to accomplish this? The articles in the KB reference
servers not in play here...Any help would be greatly appreciated.
