Explorer.exe error

I am having a problem with explorer.exe. When I click
"Start" then left mouse click "Explore", I get an error
message saying "Exploere.exe has generated errors and will
be shut down". I also lose icons from my system tray such
as my anti-virus shield and my adware shields.

Can anyone offer any advice.

Remove all the scumware from your system.

You are having the same problem I'm having. I suspect some
sort of trojan or highjacker but I'm not sure. I have used
Adaware, Spybot, Spysweeper and Pestpatrol and antivirus
to see if this is the case. So far no luck.
