Expand emails to full size

When I open an email it is small and unreadable until I "maximize" the size
by clicking on the block in the upper right corner. Previously when I opened
an email it was full size. I do not know why it changed. How do I get the
emails to open at full size?

Open a new mail>drag the edges to full screen with the mouse>then close it.
Next time you open a new mail it should open as you just closed it.

I tried to expand by dragging the sides to the left, but my mouse won`t let
me do it,it still leaves about 2" to the right of the screen, I can move the
sides to the right but not to the left.

I don't understand. All four sides should be draggable, unless a side
is already on the edge of the screen. You can also move the whole
window over by grabbing and dragging its title bar. This is all
'Windows 101' stuff.

You didn`t read what I wrote, I tried to expand by draging my mouse to the
left but it won`t let me, is still leaves baout 3" on the left..I can move it
to the right all the way but not the left " HELP" It was working fine till
this morning..

Well, you originally wrote that when dragging to the left, it leaves 2"
to the right of the screen. Which is why I answered as I did.
Now you are saying it leaves 3" on the left. Which is it, left or right?
A partial window in Windows Mail will typically open with its left border
at the far left edge of the screen. At least, that's what it does for me.
Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions.

Try grabbing the top of the mail window, the coloured bar, drag over to the
other side, then resize it?

Or select the new mail button that appears in the task bar>right
click>select 'move'>use your arrow keys to move it>left click to release.

Then try to resize?
