Exit Internet Explorer - Close dialup connection

Upon exiting Internet Explorer, a dialog box appears with the Question: Do
You Want to Close "My Connection?" I would like to know how to avoid this
question and remain connected.

Tools | Internet Options | Connection.
Click "Settings" in the Dial Up section'
Click Advanced.
Uncheck "Disconnect when a connection may no longer be needed".
