Excel licence message

Due to a system crash, I had to install Vista over my old XP, and
while I've reinstalled MS Excel (2003) OK, and activated it with no
problem, I still get the 'read/agree to licence' message every time I
run it.

This is rather irritating, so can I stop it asking each time?
