I understand that the system displays Event ID: 4100 in the application log
of the event viewer.
Please find more information about the event ID and the hotfix to the
resolve the issue in the following article.
Event ID 4100 or Event ID 4356 is logged in the application event log of
Advanced Clients in Systems Management Server 2003

Please contact Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
