errors when trying to fill in forms

Hi all, I keep getting errors whenever I try to fill in
forms online. They are, Fatal exception OE at
0177:BFF9DBA7, invalid page fault in isnsys.dll at 0177:05
ac38a7, and one that says Block type is valid phead nblock
use with a reference to dbgdel.cpp. I don't know what any
of this means but it's getting on my nerves. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
