Error1606 Microsoft Money 2002 System Pack

After successfully nstalling SP2, I keep getting
the "Windows Installer" and an error message "error1606
Microsoft Money 2002 System Pack - could not access
network location" The message then told me to put in the
CD for Money 2002 - I have the CD for Money 2001, which
the installer would not accept. I uninstalled Money
2001, as I have never used it, but still get the "Windows
Installer" and the "Error 1606" every time I go online
and it keeps popping up. Please tell me how to get rid
of the "Windows Installer" and the "Error 1606"
