Error when installing an application.

The application I distribute is compiled and delivered on a CD. The program
has been installing without any problems, although I have just received an
e-mail from a new customer that has just got a new Compaq computer with
Windows XP sp2 on it and when he tries to install the program he gets the
following error message: "The Office System Pack cannot be installed on this
system because it requires Windows NT 4.0 service pack 6 or later." He has
been able to install the program on a different computer but not this Compaq.
I've had him contact HP and of course they say it's the program that needs
modifing. I've installed the program on a computer in the office with
Windows XP sp2 and don't have any problems. Does anybody have any suggestions.

Need Help.

If you right click on the icon and select properties you should have an
option for compatability change this to maybe windows 2000 and try that.

Hope this helps.
