error searching for files

When searching for any file using the search utility, I
eventually receive an error window that pops up
stating "Config parser error - Error parsing
c:\windows\system32\urttemp\config\machine.config -
Parser returned error 0x80070003" This error does not
affect the search in any way, but I would like to fix it
so this window does not keep popping up. Any suggestions?
