Error on my new server, cannot synconize sysvol with DC.

Here's the error message:

The File Replication Service is having trouble enabling replication from
\\tele2ntbdc.tele3ntdom to TELE2W2KSRV for c:\winnt\sysvol\domain using the
DNS name \\tele2ntbdc.tele3ntdom. FRS will keep retrying.
Following are some of the reasons you would see this warning.

[1] FRS can not correctly resolve the DNS name \\tele2ntbdc.tele3ntdom from
this computer.
[2] FRS is not running on \\tele2ntbdc.tele3ntdom.
[3] The topology information in the Active Directory for this replica has
not yet replicated to all the Domain Controllers.

This event log message will appear once per connection, After the problem
is fixed you will see another event log message indicating that the
connection has been established.

I have no trubbel browse the server by using \\tele2ntbdc.tele3ntdom path...
can also ping this address.
In servers tcp/ip settings, DNS it set to itselfe and the DC as secondary.

I need to fix this now..

What can i do?

No worry, i re-installed the server AGAIN!..
Now it's working as it should... and everything is OK!

i'm tired of re-installing w2k srv now...
