ERROR MSG WHEN TRYING TO ACCESS SECURTIY

I am running W95.
When I try to access the security setting tab, I get an
error msg saying that the program has performed an illegal
operation......
The details say "Rundll32 has caused a general protection
fault in module MACXW4.DRV at 0001:00000f4........"
with several other lines of data ........
This problem has only been present recently.....I used to
be able to access the security without problem......I
reloaded W95 but still have this problem.....
IS it possible that someone remotely accessed my system to
cause this?
