Error msg when closing IE6

For several weeks now I get this message when closing IE
6: "The instruction "0x01bc3748" referenced memory
at "0x01bc3748". The memory could not be "read". Click OK
to terminate the program." What type of problem is this
and how do I get rid of the error message? Do I have to
re-install IE6? I have version
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422.-1633.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit is with these
tools.

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
