Error messages on pc. Help!!!!

I keep getting messages as follows:-
cannot find system32/CMT101
error loading p2esocks_1030.dll
rundll32.exe not responding
webrebateso.exe failed to initialize.

Any suggestions please as i cannot resolve these

Webrebateso.exe is a malware. Run these malware cleaners:

1. Lavasoft Ad-Aware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com
2. SpyBot Search & Destroy - http://www.safer-networking.org
3. CWShredder - http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html

Update 1 & 2 before running a scan.
