Error message

When I try to publish all files I get the error message:

Server error: cannot change permissions on file "index.html"

If I just publish the changed pages, it works. I did have my index.htm file
in a separate folder til the site was ready to be live, then I moved it to
the root folder. What is the difference between .html and .htm? Also some
of my files keep saying unmatched with the blue arrow. I've downloaded and
run the FP utility to delete the cache and temp files, recalculated the
hyperlinks, synced the files with the remote site. Nothing seems to work.
Would it help to delete the index.htm file from the remote site and then
reload it even though the extension on the error message is .html?

The site is: www.aquamoonaquariums.com in case you need to look at it.

Thanks

Will this fix the "unmatched files" also?
