Error Message

Does anyone know wha this error message is referring to?
Iget it when I am shutting down and if I click OK it just
goes away and doesn't seem to affect anything. It says
DWWIN.EXE Dll Initialization failed
Someone said it may have to do with error reporting.

Hi,

It only means that Windows didn't get the chance to record in the event
viewer before closing. In some cases, it does. No harm done.
