Error message

Hi Guys & Gals
I just reinstalled windows and everytime i run chkdsk, after windows
restarts i get this error message and windows gives me the blue screen and i
have to manualy restart.
The PC runs good before and after the blue screen.Just get it if i run
cHKDSK.
Error Message. stop:0x0000007E
(0xc0000005,0xF704251D,0x47c60c40,oxF7c6D940)

FS_REC.SYS-Address F7D4251D base at F7D42000,Date Stamp 3b7d8361

Can someone tell me what this is trying to tell me.
