Error message

I've had lots of problems with my Outlook, and basically
I can retrieve emails from my folders and look up contact
info, but I can't send/retrieve any mail.

When I tried to move an email from Inbox to personal
folder, I get this message:

Can't Move the Items: The File C:\Documents and
Settings\Frys\Local Settings\Applications
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst could not be accessed

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

What does this have to do with faxing?
What version of Outlook and what information store are you using?

There are many causes for this problem. Most often, this problem arises
because some other imaging application that you installed has set itself as
the default viewer for TIF files. To view faxes from the Fax Console, the
Windows Imaging and Fax viewer must be your default viewer for TIF files.
You can easily restore that setting in Windows Explorer > Folder Options.
File Types. For most users the command line should read:

"rundll32.exe <drive>:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1"
