Error Message, .pst can't be accessed

I can't send/receive any emails through Outlook. When
trying to move an email from Inbox to folder, I get this
error message:

Can't Move the Items: The File C:\Documents and
Settings\Frys\LocalSettings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst could not be accessed

Any suggestions?

Try looking on Sue Mosher's Slipstick site:

On this page is also mentioned the use of Scandisk.exe
and the PST2GB tool (along with some others).
I think you will be able to find your answer here.
