Error message

I am getting The Systems Management Data Manager service terminated with
service-specific error 261 on a server I just rebuilt yesterday. It is even
id 7024.

anyone come across this before?

When you view the logged events in Event Viewer (double-click them in the
right-hand pane) in the upper right corner, third button down is a copy to
clipboard, then you can paste in the body of a reply message.

Please do so for each of the different System Log events (that are a Type:
'Error' or 'Warning') since last boot so we can see all of the event detail.

You'll probably need to get in touch with Dell on this one. The error code
261 is specific to the "Systems Management Data Manager" service. (aka Dell
OpenManage Server Administrator) The other errors are probably an effect of
the first one and will go away when the 7024 issue is corrected.
