error message on startup

I have been clearing out duplicated files; now when I startup I get this
message, "16 Bit Windows SubSystem, C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt.
This system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft
windows applications. Choose close to terminate the application".
I choose terminate and windows works fine, its just a nuisance.
Any comments are apprecited, I guess it to do with the startup files
but I dont know where to look.
Thanks

Hi

Copy/paste the Autoexec.nt file from the windows\repair folder to the
windows\system32 folder.
