Error Message"Master Browser..."

I setup a network with another computer and they both recognize each other
properly. Computer 1 is Vista Ultimate and #2 is XP prof. I lost the
connection and checked the error log and found the following message:The
browser has forced an election 0n network\Device\NET
BT_Tcpip-{F899cc16-4166-4D42-9859-10238359F6D9} because a master browser has
stopped-Event ID 8033.
When I restart my connection resumes(my connection to the other computer)
This happens occasionally. Is there some way to set one computer as the
master browser and the other as subordinate? I really don't understand the
concept. It appears as though there is a conflict between two browsers.
Thanks in advance. Chas
