Error Message?

I've received this error message? Any idea what it means? everything I've
found on the internet tells me to ignore it.

The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer ****
that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport
NetBT_Tcpip_{*******}. The master browser is stopping or an election is
being forced.

Thanks for info. should I be concerned as I am not running any servers,
though. just 4 computers on a workgroup.
