Error Message: Library not registered.

When I try to open my "HP Director" program for my HP
Officejet 6110 xi all-in-one, I get the following error
message.

"A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to debug?
Line 125
Error: Library not registered.
YES NO

When I click on YES, nothing happens. Does anyone have
any clue what could be my problem?
