Error Message Installing 2000 Pro

I am trying to install Windows 2000 Pro on a second
computer with a new hard disk...I am using the 4 startup
disks created on second computer. The following error
message appears when windows tries to load..."Stop:
c0000221 Unknown Hard Error...\system Root\System32
\ntdll.dll.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks
