error message in MIGRATE.EXE

When loading the Windows XP Service Pack 2 CD I get an
error message in the Migrate.exe ( whatever that is).
It reads "Procedure entry point could not be located"
and also reads "GETIUMS in MSDART.DLL.

It got to that error message and would go no further. I
tried to X it out and it came right back. I had to power
down to get out of the freeze and then my online service
was messed up. HELP!!
