getting the error message.....migrate.exe-entry point not found

i started to install windows media player 9 on my HP
pavilion 7955 with a pentium 4 and XP home on it.....
and i got the error message
"the procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located
inthe dynamic link library MSDART.DLL"
and i cant get the window of the error message to
close ??????? can someone HELP ME PLEASE
