Error message at startup

Hello all,

Yesterday I accepted the Microsoft Updates but after restarting, an error
message occurred. It says that the application user32.dll will not work
properly, since the file hhctrl.ocx is occupying a memory address specified
for Windows' DLL's. Every time Windows starts, this message occurs.

Can you please help me to solve this situation?

FYI...I had the same message this morning and the help provided DID eliminate
the error. From other postings in this newsgroup I see that people had other
problems with certain programs not running because of this error. I don't
know what program was associated to this error in my system because I
searched this newsgroup immediately upon seeing it, but the link supplied
below led me to the fix. Thanks for all your help.
