DLL?

After the last WINDOWS update my computer went screwy. Every time it starts
now I get a message that says;

RTHDCPL.EXE

The system dll user32.DLL was relocated in memory because the DLL
C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows
system dll's. The vendor whould be contacted for a new DLL.

I have no idea what all of this is other than the fact that now something is
wrong and I don't know how to fix it.

Please help!
