error message 0xc0000006 & BIOS test

The applicatuin failed to initalize properly oxc0000006
doesn't work in safe mode either


Tried all that could in the answers from last post ,, onlt scan i can get to
work was spybotSD ,,all OK


Did Hard Drive Self test in BIOS ----Test Status #1-07 Fail ,,does this
mean test failed or hard drive failed??

If you know what brand the harddrive on your computer is (Maxtor, WD,
Seagate...) you should go to their site and download their drive utilities.
Most all HDD manufacturers have a downloadable self executing file that will
create a bootable floppy disk with their hardrive service utilities on it.
You should run these tests in order to verify your hard drive is really
failing.

The website (http://www.fujitsu.com/us/services/computing/storage/hdd/support/utilities.html#top) does have a downloadable self executing file,,,however i need it for a laptop that does not have a Floppy drive,,will it work on a CD disk

tried disk no help ,,, thank maybe a new laptop is the answer
