error loading - Window XP professional

My PC shows a warning window after loading "errorloading
C:\PROGA~\NEWDOT~ 1\NEWDOT~ 2.DLL. The specified module
could not be found." Please instruct me to repair it or
do not show it again. Thank you very much.
