Startup Rundll error message...

When starting up pc i get a rundll error message which
says :

Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~1.DLL

The specified module could not be found.

The only thing which isnt working is Outlook and i
wondered if this has anything to do with it.
If not does anyone know what it is ?

(if it is listed) - then use either/both of the following programs to get
rid of the rest of that spyware:
