Error message on loading

Started getting this error message a few weeks ago but don't know why.
Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL
Specified module could not be found. It just irritating and want to know how
to get rid of it.

NewDotNet is spyware. There are instructions for removing it at
