Error Found

I keep getting an error "iertutil.dll was not found" and "iedw.exe" unable to
locate component. When this happens randomly, the internet shuts down and I
lose everything. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Try opening event viewer & get more specific details,click on the error or
warning,click the details,click on help/support option.

i GET THE SAME MEESAGE BUT MY PROBLEM IS WORSE. i CANT RUN ANYTHING. iT BOOTS
UP AND SITS AT THE DESKTOP WITH NO ICONS FOREVER. wONT DO ANYTHING. I TRIED
RECOVERY BUT THE MESSAGE STILL COMES UP. IS IT HOSED ?
