Error Code 0x800707f

I just upgraded a client using XP Pro to SP2 and after rebooting the computer
came up with the following message.
A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for
this compter. Error Code 0x8007007f

Has anyone seen this before? Any Ideas on how to fix would be great.
