Error Code: 0x8007007f

I installed the XP Home SP1 upgrade. Once I tryed to
reboot I am just getting the following message

A problem is preventing Windows from accuratly checking
the licence for this computer Error Code: 0x8007007f

I cannot even boot into safemode. It is a Sony Vaio PCV-
RX500E. Windows XP Home came installed on it.

What can I do?
