Error code 000000f4

After running a graphics program as I attempted to log off I got this
error:

Error code 000000f4, parameter1 00000003, parameter2 88fed590,
parameter3 88fed704, parameter4 805fa7a8

Any idea what is causing the error and how to correct it?

I'm running XP Pro, AMD 1800 MHz, 80 GB HD, 2 GB RAM

I have upgraded a Win98 machine to XP Home and put in a PChips motherboard,
2.6 Gh AMD Sempron processor with 256 Mb or memory and at least once every
day the PC reboots and in the event log is the below error

Error code 000000f4, parameter1 00000003, parameter2 ff376b48, parameter3
ff376cbc, parameter4 805fa7a8.

Grateful for any ideas
