Anyone help decipher this?

I am running WXP SP2 all latest critical pacthes.
The computre has started intremitently rebooting with error:

Error code 000000f4, parameter1 00000003, parameter2 8adb9580,
parameter3 8adb96f4, parameter4 80604450.

I believe it started with SP2 install but I also upgraded the RAM in
the same time period.


Driver ? or ram ?

Any idea? Where would I go to figure out what these codes mean ?
