Hello:
My win xp home sp2 installed kb925902 security update, and got this error
when loading TUGZip.exe

Information about kb925902 at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925902 says
that since April 3, 2007 MS has not known any other problem in addition to
that which happened to Rthdcpl.exe with this same update, so now I am
reporting this new problem so MS updates this article.

NOTE: TUGZip is a freeware compressing software.
