Hi,
I am getting the following error message on installing
Crystal Reports.
Error 1931: The Windows Installer Service cannot update
the system file c:\winnt\system32\crypt32.dll because the
file is protected by Windows. You maybe need to update the
operating system for the program to work correctly.
Can u tell me what's causing this error and how to rectify
it.
