Everytime I atempt to install a specific application I get a Errro :1931. The
Windows Installer Service cannot update the system file
C:\WInnt\syste,m32\MSCPXL32.DLL becuase the file i sprotected by Windows.
You may need to update your operating system to work correctly.
My suspicion is it may be the Windows File Protection causing this?
How can I get around this errro and install my application correctly.
