Error 1607

Hi Everyone,

I am using Windows 2000. It was working fine until now. Today I tried to
install a new application and asked me to upgrade to the latest Windows
Installer, which I did (v 3.0)

Now When I try to install the application it gives me error 1607:Unable to
install InstallShield Scripting runtime

Any idea how can I fix this problem
