Error (104) WILL NOT GO AWAY!!!

I cannot access my college online course tonight. However last night it was
no problem. Sometimes it will do it on Amazon and ebay. Here's a copy of the
error..

try this:

clear your cookies, history and cache....do this: Start - run - Type or
copy: inetcpl.cpl (press enter) internet options will open, now select
delete cookies, delete files, press clear history.... go to privacy tab and
select default...go to content tab and select clear SSL state(press ok) and
now go out with ok
try again to login...
