Error 101

I get error 101 when execute the file

Maureen try running it in "Safe Mode" then reboot into normal windows mode
and it may fix it.

I have the same error 101 on the second user. I have no
problem with the first user where I installed the
programm. I tried to desinstall the program and I get
this error on the new installation on the second user:

Error 1904.Module c:\windows\system32\hashlib.dll failed
to register. HRESULT -2147220473
Status on the installation programm:
Removing backup files
After pressing OK : Erreur Unexpected error; quitting

Check your services. I'm not sure which one you have to
enable, but when I went in and enabled all of the
services that seemed appropriate, the problem went away.
