(ERROR 0x800A138F)

Hi

When I go to Windows update on the MS site and
select "Scan updates" it connects then a screen comes up
and says (ERROR 0x800A138F)

Not sure what this is...

I am running A dell latitude Laptop with win2000 pro and
the most sp 4 ....I am running IE 6.

ANy suggestions

Hi Bill


Try this:

- Open IE and in the 'Tools' Menu open 'Internet Options...'.

- In the new Windows that opens, click 'Languages' Button.> > > >

- There add a Language of your choice (the language you want the WU Site to
appear in). Click OK to confirm

- Restart IE and Windows Update.
