error when updating windows 2000 pro (0x800A138F

I get an error when updating windows 2000 pro (0x800A138F.

I can do it from all my other computers with windows
update.

It says I need 2 Critical updates and sp4 but it gives me
the error when I try.

Any ideas on this?

Hi Dave

I have found the solution for your problem. To resolve it do the following:

Open IE and in the 'Tools' Menu open 'Internet Options...'. In the new
Windows that opens, click 'Languages' Button. There Add the Language of your
choice (the language you want the WU Site to appear in). Click OK to confirm
and restart IE and Windows Update.
