Err126 wxfw.dll

This a strange one to me never seen this error before can not even locate
anything on it anywhere, to find info on it. Well any way this is what I get
when I boot my PC up.

Unable to load library wxfw.dll. Attempted to load <Key Not Found> wxfw.dll
Err code 126.

I hope someone out there can help, and give so me if on this, Oh by the way
I am running Windows XP Pro SPK 2.

I received this right after I uninstalled the free weather program from
weather.com. I searched their site for a fix and found nothing. I
submitted a question to their support and will post response if I
receive one.
